1. Buyer Cancellations
• Before Shipment: Buyers may cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase by contacting the seller directly via the platform or emailing hello@afrionlineshop.com. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, provided the seller confirms the order has not shipped.
• After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, cancellations are subject to the seller’s return policy. Buyers must contact the seller through the platform to initiate a return or cancellation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days after the seller receives the returned item in its original condition.
• Non-Delivered Orders: If an order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, buyers should contact hello@afrionlineshop.com. We will work with the seller to investigate and, if necessary, issue a full refund within 7 business days.
2. Seller Cancellations
• Sellers may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or other valid reasons by notifying the buyer through the platform and emailing hello@afrionlineshop.com within 24 hours of the order. A full refund will be issued to the buyer within 7 business days.
• Sellers must ensure accurate inventory listings to minimize cancellations. Repeated cancellations may lead to a review of the seller’s account status.
3. Refunds
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Buyers will be notified via email once the refund is issued.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to a seller’s error or non-delivery.
• For disputes, contact hello@afrionlineshop.com. Our team will mediate between buyer and seller to resolve issues fairly.
4. Exceptions
• Custom or made-to-order items may have specific cancellation terms set by the seller, which will be outlined at the time of purchase.
• Perishable goods or digital products are non-cancelable unless defective or not as described.
5. How to Cancel
• Buyers: Log into your Afri Online Shop account, navigate to “My Orders,” select the order, and request cancellation. Alternatively, email hello@afrionlineshop.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
• Sellers: Use the seller dashboard to cancel orders and notify buyers promptly, with a confirmation email to hello@afrionlineshop.com.
