1. Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: Buyers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

• Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with no damage or alterations, unless defective or not as described.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, perishable, or digital products are non-returnable unless defective or significantly not as described. Sellers will specify any additional non-returnable items at the time of purchase.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item is damaged, defective, or not as described, buyers must notify the seller and hello@afrionlineshop.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or replacement.


2. Return Process

• Step 1: Log into your Afri Online Shop account, go to “My Orders,” select the order, and request a return, stating the reason (e.g., defective, not as described, or change of mind).

• Step 2: Contact the seller via the platform to arrange the return. Alternatively, email hello@afrionlineshop.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

• Step 3: The seller will provide return shipping instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described, in which case the seller covers the cost.

• Step 4: Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item, they will confirm its condition. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 business days.


3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the seller confirms the item’s condition.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller’s error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

• Buyers will be notified via email once the refund is processed.


4. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must clearly state their return policies on product listings, including any specific conditions for custom or specialty items.

• Sellers are required to respond to return requests within 48 hours and provide clear instructions for return shipping.

• For defective or incorrect items, sellers must cover return shipping costs and provide a refund or replacement as agreed with the buyer.


5. Disputes

• If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a return issue, contact hello@afrionlineshop.com. Our team will mediate to ensure a fair resolution based on the evidence provided (e.g., photos of the item, communication records).

• Afri Online Shop reserves the right to review seller accounts for repeated return disputes or failure to comply with this policy.


6. Exceptions

• Custom or made-to-order items may have unique return conditions set by the seller, clearly stated at the time of purchase.

• Perishable goods or digital downloads are non-returnable unless defective or not as described.
